Independent Movies
We are ideally setup to help you get your independent movie to market. Our Matrox Axio edit suite can handle all the latest formats (including Red's raw .r3d format) in real time with real time color correction. We master every movie to an uncompressed file.
We can convert your uncompressed movie master file to Blu-ray, standard DVD or any tape format you need. These are things that Apple's Final Cut struggles with. We are also very familiar with all the web formats and compression ratios to help you get your trailer uploaded to the web.
We are very knowlegable about the quality control that will be required if you movie is picked up by a distributor. It is very strigient and not for the novice. Here is a page from a real quality report from a movie we had to clean up.
We can also import your Final Cut XML project files and do the final color correction and quality control. This saves you a lot of money - you do the creative editing and we do all the technical work.
In addition to all this we have a very nice field production package (camera, full audio with wireless and boom mics, dolly with steel track, 6' jib, lights, audio, grip gear, portable green screen, van, etc.) to help you with your field production.
